This week on our favorite program,Rich Women Doing Things, the rich women did things.

They talked to their teenage boys while they were in bed with their girlfriends.

(No, its not what youre thinking.)

But what our rich ladies really did this week was talk about difficult subjects.

Yes, this was 13 very special episodes rolled into one.

After that it goes downhill like a ski instructor with diarrhea.

She was making a point about all kids in general.

We see the tape.

Denise denies it and says it never happened.

Then Erika says she apologized for it.

We see the tape of Denise bringing it up at coffee and Erika apologizing.

Denise denies it and says it never happened.

Erika is right; Denise picked this fight and then is mad it didnt go her way.

Erika says she has nothing else to say to Denise, and she shouldnt.

This mess, petty or otherwise, is well and truly over.

Can we get to some good convos now?

The first is between Crystal and her husband, Rob.

Thats when we get the line about the group always wanting her to yell thats in the trailer.

Crystal mentions that its not that she doesnt have opinions, but shes too distracted to talk about them.

When theyre having conversations or fighting, Crystal is totally tuned out.

Im with Rob; make her opinions heard and get out there.

Next, we move on to the Sisters Richards.

Kim says pretty yo.

Kim says pretty like with a cherry on top.

Thats not what they are talking about, but it should have been.

They are talking about Kims daughter Whitneys wedding, and Kim asks if Kyle is going to bring anyone.

Kim wants to see to it theyre getting along before the wedding.

Then Kyle asks the question she doesnt really want answered: What if I dont want that relationship?

Kyle says she doesnt want to be mistreated, nor should she be.

Kim cant stand to hear that.

No, thats not how it ends.

Now, on to our final convo, and boy, is it a doozy.

Yes, its Garcelle and Dorits sit-down about race.

First, let us say that it is a chic-off between these two.

If youre going to have an awkward conversation, you might as well look amazing doing it.

And boy, does it start off awkward.

It wasnt just crickets between these two; it was a plague of locusts.

You could cut the tension with a Hermes place setting.

Dorit never asks why she felt that way because shes too busy putting together the case for her innocence.

Dorit tells her, If that offended you in any way, Im sorry.

This is Dorits problem.

Garcelle already told her that it offended her.

But Dorit cant just say shes sorry.

She cant give that unequivocal apology because she doesnt think she did anything wrong.

Garcelle tells Dorit that you never use three words around Black women:aggressive, attack, andangry.

Ugh, this is so annoying and is stereotypical of a particular class of liberal white person.

There should be no defense here.

This is not what she does.

Dorit doesnt want improvement; she wants exoneration.

Of course, Dorit is a Karen.

The most Karen thing about her is that she says, This is a very serious, dangerous accusation.

Do you know whats worse than being called a Karen?

The effects of racism and countless microaggressions on people of color that Dorit is unknowingly propagating.

Dorits inability to understand this is what is holding her back and continuing her problems with Garcelle.

First, I thought,Me?

No way! Then I realized he was right.

Dorit says she feels like this burden is all on her, and yes, it is.

What she wants is for Garcelle to tell her that she is innocent.

She wants Garcelle to say shes not a racist.

Garcelle can do neither of those things because she is not innocent.

As Garcelle points out, if Dorit does that, its not Garcelles fault.

Trust me, Ive known enough racist gays to know this is not the case.

Nice try, but no, Dorit.
