On February 26, a judge denied the WBs motion to dismiss the Crichton estates lawsuit.
Under anti-SLAPP standards, the Court cannot find Plaintiffs claims to be totally meritless.
The judge has not decided any of the claims in this case.
She simply ruled that the case will proceed.
