The shock-rocker dropped a defamation suit against Wood over her abuse claims against him,Rolling Stonereported.
Manson will additionally pay more than $300,000 in attorneys fees for Wood.
But his attempt to silence and intimidate Ms. Wood failed.
He thenappealedthe case in August.
In their new statement, Woods lawyers noted that a court found Mansons claims were meritless.
