For me, thats strange that you’ve got the option to hide them from Screen Time configs.
But it works as it works.
So heres how to hide default apps on your iPhone.

To be fair, I havent discovered this feature on my own my friend discovered it.
It works from Screen Time parameters.
I tried to hide the camera with this trick, and it worked!
Of course, you’re free to delete some built-in apps from your iPhone.
But if you want them back you’re gonna wanna download them from App Store.
But one thing I dont understand is what happens when you re-activate the app.
To do this, you just need to toggle the app on.
