One ofSean Diddy Combss lawyers is stepping down fromthe hip-hop moguls criminal racketeering case.

Anthony Ricco filed a motion to withdraw from the case on February 21.

A judge has to approve his withdrawal, which he said would not affect the trials May start.

Ricco was hired in September 2024, when Diddy was arrested on federal racketeering and sex-trafficking charges.

Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos will continue representing Diddy in the criminal case.
