Crazy Town singer Shifty Shellshock, whomade the enduring rap-rock hit Butterfly,has died.
Los Angeles County Medical Examinerrecordsshow Shellshock, a.k.a.
Seth Binzer, died at home on June 24, with no cause disclosed.
That album made little impact until the band later released their song Butterfly as a single in 2000.
1 on the Hot 100, the only chart-topping hit of the nu-metal era.
They broke up in 2003.
After reforming in 2007, Crazy Town released the albumThe Brimstone Sluggersin 2015 and continued to tour.
