Maybe they owned a pub back then!
One might be tempted to conclude thatArgylleis a secretKingsmanspinoff, set within the same continuity.
But (deep breath) even that theory comes with complications.
And what to make of the aforementionedArgylleposter on Ellys wall?
to theArgyllefilm we just watched?
If the latter is the case, did she write the movie, too?
Is she a stand-in for Vaughn?
Oh god, does Elly live in theKingsmenuniverse or did shecreatetheKingsmenuniverse?
How doesStardustfigure into all of this?
Look, I know Im overthinking this.
As of the release ofArgylle, two more films in theKingsmanfranchise have been announced.
TheresThe Kings Man: The Traitor King, a follow-up to the 2021 prequel starring Fiennes.
And theresKingsman: The Blue Blood, which will complete the original trilogy starring Taron Egerton.
All we can say for sure?
Taylor Swifthas got nothing to do with it.
